The Food Babe tracked down the ingredients in Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Sauce. If you are not familiar with her, she is a great resource for finding out what’s really in the food you are consuming and how it may be affecting your health.
This is the list of ingredients for Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Flavored Sauce:
Sugar, condensed nonfat milk, high fructose corn syrup, sweetened condensed nonfat milk, annatto color, natural & artificial flavors, caramel color (really not good), salt & potassium sorbate.
Quite the cocktail - used in both the hot and cold versions.
Now rather than pay $5 for this, you can make a healthier version at home for a lot less.
