The coffee is delicious, appeared light when brewed but definitely held up when I added a bit of cream. Very good flavor, rich and did not aggravate my acid reflux. Unfortunately, because of high price & shipping it is a luxury I will probably not purchase again. I drink too much coffee to afford it :)

Now we are totally spoiled. This coffee is fantastic. It's worth the effort to get it and I am very much aware of exactly how much and when I need to reorder to ensure that we never run out. The 1-lb bag is great for keeping the freshness. I tried the 5-lb bag and that's not great at keeping the beans fresh for two people's daily Chemex fix.

I love this coffee and use it in espresso preparation. For better or worse everyone else loves it too so I make a lot of espresso for friends and family. I used to a get this type of bean from another roaster however it was inconsistent in it's profile. This beans from Java Planet are ALWAYS consistent. I don't know what the storage life is for whole beans but I have not ever noticed it tasting worse after sitting in my pantry.

We love our coffee, but as we have gotten older, our stomach's unfortunately are not so happy. Switching to Java Planet Organic Colombia roast has brought the joy back to coffee! It tastes great and the lower acid content, being free from mold, etc. makes a genuine different to how we feel after enjoying this wonderful product.

Java Planet is the only reason I was able to switch from caffeinated coffees to decaf. The flavor is rich and smooth. I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. It is comforting to know that I have organic coffee, low acid and mold free. It is the best of all worlds. and a complete pleasure every morning.

Thank god I discovered this coffee. As i suffer from GERD, and i didn't think i could find another low acid coffee that would taste just as good as the one i use to drink. Company went out of business. So I am happy to say that this coffee is great.

Best Guatemala coffee I've had- strong enough flavor (hate weak coffee) but has no bitterness. Beautiful scent is just a bonus.

It starts when you open the bag. Fantastic alluring aroma. In the cup it is surprisingly smooth, not at all bitter, with a well-rounded flavor profile.
