For me, the most important factor about any coffee is that it wakes me up. After that it’s all about the flavor and aroma.
This coffee delivers both,and the care taken to produce certified organic coffee makes for a bean that has excellent properties that surpass other standards.

We have an automatic espresso coffee machine with a bypass for ground coffee. We grind the decaf beans in a coffee grinder, and this container is wide enough to easily dump the ground coffee into the canister from the grinder without spilling. Additionally, because of the width, it's easier to fill the scoop. The vacuum feature keeps the ground coffee fresh. Great improvement from the widemouth Mason jars we were using before; everybody in this house stopped dreading grinding the decaf beans!

Love this coffee. Grind the beans, use a French press - that's my routine. Low acid so it doesn't affect my reflux.

Can’t say enough good things about Half Caff Peru. Tasted at the Wild Iris cafe in Dunedin, Florida. Its low acid properties are so much easier on my digestion as well as the organic and no mold is a bonus. It is smooth and flavorful without the effects of too much caffeine. Thanks

Coffee is low in acid as advertised. But, it lacks the bold and fruity taste I desire.
