We both loved coffee. In pursuit of something better, Mike started roasting at home. We loved the freshness — and so did friends and family.
That passion grew into something more. As we researched where coffee comes from and how it’s grown, we were shocked to learn how many chemicals are used in conventional farming — and how that impacts not just the taste, but the health of the drinker, the farmer, and the planet.
In 2008, we turned our passion into a business with a mission: To make coffee that’s better for your body, better for the planet, and better for the farmers who grow it.
We roast only 100% organic, specialty-grade Arabica beans — grown without synthetic chemicals, sourced with care, and crafted to taste incredible. We also prioritize Bird Friendly® certified farms whenever possible, supporting farmers who protect wildlife and biodiversity.
