When the coffee cherries reach their peak ripeness, it's time for the harvest. Skilled coffee pickers employ the selective picking method, hand-selecting only the ripest cherries. After harvesting, the coffee cherries undergo the process to reveal the hidden treasure within - the bean. There are several methods of removing and trying the coffee bean. Most of our coffees are wet processed which involves pulping the cherries to remove the outer skin and pulp, revealing the coffee beans.
