To initiate a return or report a defective item, please email us at  jpcustomerservice@help.jporganiccoffee.com with your order number and the email used for your purchase. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. The cost of shipping the product back is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your returned product, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, minus the shipping costs. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid refrigeration or freezing as this can affect the flavor.

In addition to standard testing required by the USDA, we also third-party test to ensure the coffee is free from mold and heavy metals, providing you with a clean and healthy coffee experience.

Yes, our coffee is roasted in a USDA organic certified facility where no other food products are allowed, ensuring it is allergen-free. Our organic flavorings are also made without allergens. Our flavored coffees are produced with flavorings from https://www.naturesflavors.com/ are derived from plant sources that are completely nut free.

All of our decaf coffees are USDA Organic certified and water processed, either using the Swiss Water Process or the Mountain Water Process to extract caffeine. No chemicals are used to decaffeinate our coffees.
