Our coffee is roasted every weekday to ensure maximum freshness. Coffee is often roasted the same day it is shipped, and we guarantee that it won't be more than a week old when shipped. The roast date and expiration date are labeled on each package on orders placed directly with us.

If you have issues with your shipment, it is best to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) directly. You should receive an email or text with your tracking number; if not, please contact us for this information.

We are not responsible for and will not refund packages that were not delivered due to a wrong or undeliverable address provided to us for shipping. If your order was eligible for free shipping, we will choose the carrier and shipping method. To initiate a return or report a defective item, please email us at  jpcustomerservice@help.jporganiccoffee.com with your order number and the email used for your purchase. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. The cost of shipping the product back is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your returned product, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, minus the shipping costs. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid refrigeration or freezing as this can affect the flavor.

In addition to standard testing required by the USDA, we also third-party test to ensure the coffee is free from mold and heavy metals, providing you with a clean and healthy coffee experience.

All of our decaf coffees are USDA Organic certified and water processed, either using the Swiss Water Process or the Mountain Water Process to extract caffeine. No chemicals are used to decaffeinate our coffees.
