absolutely airtight canister

I have not had an absolutely airtight canister for storing my coffee before this one, and I am completely satisfied. When I open it the aroma of the coffee is strong and it holds a full bag of beans so it’s convenient. I don’t go through coffee super fast so I appreciate being able to keep my beans fresh.

Excellent for ground coffee

We have an automatic espresso coffee machine with a bypass for ground coffee. We grind the decaf beans in a coffee grinder, and this container is wide enough to easily dump the ground coffee into the canister from the grinder without spilling. Additionally, because of the width, it's easier to fill the scoop. The vacuum feature keeps the ground coffee fresh. Great improvement from the widemouth Mason jars we were using before; everybody in this house stopped dreading grinding the decaf beans!
