We only drink organic farmer friendly coffee. Low acid and mold free is also imperative. That was our first attraction. The single source beans are delicious and we prefer dark roasts. The Costa Rica dark roast has become our favorite. We love Java Roasters. It’s so easy to keep several different beans and change weekly. We love it!
