If you have issues with your shipment, it is best to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) directly. You should receive an email or text with your tracking number; if not, please contact us for this information.

We are not responsible for and will not refund packages that were not delivered due to a wrong or undeliverable address provided to us for shipping. If your order was eligible for free shipping, we will choose the carrier and shipping method. What is your return & refund policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on first-time orders of 1LB coffee bags. If you're trying our coffee for the first time and don’t love it, we’ll refund up to two (2) opened 1LB bags — no hassle.

Please note:

• Refunds are only available on your first order

• We do not refund 5LB bags (even on a first order)

To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid refrigeration or freezing as this can affect the flavor.

In addition to standard testing required by the USDA, we also third-party test to ensure the coffee is free from mold and heavy metals, providing you with a clean and healthy coffee experience.

Yes, our coffee is roasted in a USDA organic certified facility where no other food products are allowed, ensuring it is allergen-free. Our organic flavorings are also made without allergens. Our flavored coffees are produced with flavorings from https://www.naturesflavors.com/ are derived from plant sources that are completely nut free.

All of our decaf coffees are USDA Organic certified and water processed, either using the Swiss Water Process or the Mountain Water Process to extract caffeine. No chemicals are used to decaffeinate our coffees.
