We like dark roasts, and Costa Rica by itself doesn't have the oomph we savor on its own. It is a perfect blend with Java Planet's Sumatra, which has a fabulous flavor but is a little too strong for my delicate stomach. I make cold brew, and use 3 parts Costa Rica to 7 parts Sumatra for a tasty, happy stomach blend. My partner drinks her Sumatra straight.
I would recommend Costa Rica for anyone seeking a lighter roast that is non-acidic and stomach friendly. It tastes really good, just not our style.

Again, this is a part of an order that I tried two different coffees and just am not into medium roast. Hoping for a light roast in the future.
